The Phoenix online - 10 Session Package

Service Description

10 x 1-1 2 hour Rebirthing Breathwork sessions (online) WhatsApp check ins between each session (if required) 1 x 1 hour final integration session (online via Zoom, within 1 month of completing sessions) Leonard Orr, the Founder of Rebirthing Breathwork, believed that 10 Rebirthing sessions taken one-on-one with a qualified practitioner, had the capacity to significantly transform a person's life. This package is for you if you are committed to living your best possible life, if you are working through particular health or emotional challenges you are ready to overcome, and if you want to bring the most wonderful, authentic version of yourself in the world. This package includes 10 Rebirthing Breathwork sessions with The Yin Breath on Zoom. Each session will run for up to 2 hours, including discussion, intuitively guided goal setting, breathing and integrating. In addition, this package includes a one hour integration session on Zoom within a month of completing your 10 sessions. The 10-sessions will ideally be completed within 3 months, but you will have 6 months to complete your package.

Cancellation Policy

Please note: 10 session packages are non-refundable. To reschedule a session, please contact The Yin Breath at least 24 hours in advance. If you become unwell on the day of your appointment, please do not attend an in person session, and contact Jo at the.yin.breath@gmail.com as soon as possible before the session to reschedule. Please note: The Yin Breath is a sole trader business that places significant time and energy into preparing for your session. In many cases, venue hire costs are incurred for sessions, even if you reschedule. For these reasons we ask you to be mindful of our rescheduling and cancellation policies.
