The Yin Breath offers mentoring, intuitive guidance and breathwork sessions.

Mentoring and intuitive guidance sessions are currently available online only. Breathwork is available online or in-person. In-person sessions are available as mobile breathwork in both Northern NSW and South East Queensland. I travel frequently between the Northern Rivers, Ipswich, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, so reach out if you are in these areas and would like an in-person session.​
